That is why we’ll perform all that for you for free!Our highly competent technical team representatives will transfer your website content from your present provider to us. Our techs have got plenty of experience migrating websites and can take care of everything – from a traditional WordPress–based weblog or Joomla^™ site, to a very elaborate, custom–made web app.

A: We strive to perform all web site migrations ASAP. Even so, we don’t have a set time frame for web site migrations. There are certain facets that you need to take into consideration – the actual size of your website and the workload of our web site migration staff, etc. We constantly try to implement each migration in under 48 hours. With smaller web sites, our staff typically manages to finish within 24 hours.

A: We do not need any information that is personal. We’ll need, though, the login info for your current web hosting account along with the name of the web site that you want to move.

A: In order for us to begin the transfer of your hosting account, you must already have an account with us. Opening an account with us requires that you to share basically the same information you have provided to your previous web hosting provider. We also have an extremely rigorous Privacy Policy, which specifies how personal info is used.

A: While we move your web site, it will be available both in your hosting account with us and in your account with your old hosting provider. When the transfer is over, we will make sure that everything is functioning properly and that the integrity of your web content is not jeopardized before telling you that the transfer is finished. Then we’ll explain to you how to move the domain to your hosting account with us and how to update the DNS records.

A: No. Apart from your login details for the Control Panel, we do not require anything. We’ll never get in touch with your hosting provider. They won’t know anything about the migration either.

A: We can migrate your web site from any hosting provider or any Linux–powered hosting platform on condition that we can gain access to the Control Panel and there’s FTP access available.The only websites that we are unable to transfer are those based on closed–source software applications such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
